Your personal data is used solely to plan, book, and deliver your safari experience. This includes communicating itinerary details, processing permits and park fees, coordinating accommodation, and providing pre-departure guidance. To operate your safari, we share necessary information with trusted partners: national park authorities (Tanzania National Parks, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority), licensed accommodation providers, and ground logistics operators. All partners are contractually required to handle your data with equivalent care. We may also share data where required by Tanzanian law.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, and thereafter for a period of seven years for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to any overriding legal obligations.
